Super cool sheer dress from the early 1980s. A great blue color with a tiger stripe and tiger face print. Has a high neck with ruffled collar, buttons up the front with ruffles up the front and around the cuffs. Has an elasticized waist and Labeled Vanessa of California. Estimated size XS to Small.
